Production shoots, gatherings, events, or additional guests above capacity must be agreed in advance and may be charged at a higher rate depending on total headcount and usage.<\/li>\n<li>Additional guests above the sleeping capacity: &pound;100 per person (staying or visiting), unless agreed otherwise in writing.<\/li>\n<li>Before arrival, all guests must: provide a valid government ID, review and sign the booking agreement, and pay the refundable security deposit. This must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation, or at least 3 hours before arrival for same-day bookings.<\/li>\n<li>Bookings cannot proceed unless all pre-arrival requirements have
