Set in a beautifully secluded position, the accommodation features soft neutral interiors, quality textiles and large glazed doors framing the surrounding garden and landscape. Stylish open-plan living is paired with six generous bedrooms &#8211; including a ground-floor accessible room and a charming bunk room on the first floor &#8211; each with its own en-suite bathroom. Outside, the garden and adjacent kitchen garden invite slow mornings and alfresco dining. Fully equipped and effortless, the house provides an elegant base for both lively gatherings and restful breaks.<\/p>\n<p>The swimming pool is out of use from 18th &#8211; 26th March 2026 due to hosting an exclusive Retreat.<\/p>\n<h3>The space<\/h3>\n<p>Step inside to find an atmosphere of calm, comfort and understated luxury. The spacious open-plan layout creates an easy flow between living, dining and cooking areas, designed to bring people together while maintaining a sense of openness and light. The sitting area features generous sofas, soft textures and gentle lighting that make it a welcoming place to unwind after long countryside walks or evenings spent with family and friends.<\/p>\n<p>The adjoining kitchen and dining space is at once practical and sociable, with a well-equipped kitchen that includes an electric oven, induction hob, large fridge\/freezer, dishwasher and a dining table to seat twelve. The design makes cooking and special occasions equally effortless, with room for everyone to gather, chat and share meals that stretch late into the evening.<\/p>\n<p>Six en-suite bedrooms are arranged across two floors, offering comfort, privacy and flexibility for families or groups. The ground-floor bedroom is fully accessible, while upstairs the double rooms are calm, neutral sanctuaries dressed in crisp linens and soft furnishings. A cheerful bunk room adds a cosy space for younger guests.<br \/>\nBeyond the walls, a private garden offers space to pause and breathe &#8211; from morning coffee surrounded by greenery to relaxed evenings under wide, open skies. For use outside of these hours, an advanced booking is required and the price will increase to &pound;30 per adult and &pound;20 per child.<\/p>\n<h3>Guest access<\/h3>\n<p>Self-check-in.<\/p>\n<h3>Sustainability<\/h3>\n<p>We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.<\/p>\n<h3>Keep in mind<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> from 16:00<br \/>\n<strong>Check-out: <\/strong>by 10:00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposit:<\/strong> Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accidental Damage Deposit: <\/strong>To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of &pound;250 prior to their stay.
