Enjoy a sense of grandeur throughout, two elegantly designed bedrooms and a high-tech kitchen with everything you&rsquo;ll need to prepare delicious feasts. Guests of all holiday homes at the estate have access to excellent facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant serving complimentary breakfast each morning, and a range of family-friendly activities.<\/p>\n<p>The swimming pool is out of use from 18th &#8211; 26th March 2026 due to hosting an exclusive Retreat.<\/p>\n<h3>The space<\/h3>\n<p>This delightful apartment is cosy, yet stylish with antique d&eacute;cor and high-end fixtures throughout.<\/p>\n<p>Step into the open-plan living\/dining space that is perfect for socialising and entertaining. After a day of exploring the estate, relax and unwind on the sumptuous sofa and pop your favourite movie on the Smart TV, before heading over to the six-seater table to wine and dine.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the kitchen features everything you need to prepare delicious meals including an oven, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and toaster.<\/p>\n<p>The apartment features two zip and link king-size bedrooms, each designed to the highest standard with a joyful colour pallet and complementary floral wallpaper. There is also a luxurious, hallway bathroom with a free-standing bath and walk-in shower.<\/p>\n<h3>On-site activities and facilities<\/h3>\n<p>The estate offers a fantastic selection of indoor and outdoor experiences to make your stay special.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indoor pool suite<\/li>\n<li>Yoga classes<\/li>\n<li>Walking trails<\/li>\n<li>Bike rides in the Dales<\/li>\n<li>Mountain biking<\/li>\n<li>Forest bathing<\/li>\n<li>Woodland dining<\/li>\n<li>Wild swimming<\/li>\n<li>Woodland sauna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And so much more. For use outside of these hours, an advanced booking is required and the price will increase to &pound;30 per adult and &pound;20 per child.<\/p>\n<h3>Guest access<\/h3>\n<p>Self-check-in.<\/p>\n<h3>Sustainability<\/h3>\n<p>We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.<\/p>\n<h3>Keep in mind<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Check-in: <\/strong>from 16:00<br \/>\n<strong>Check-out:<\/strong> by 10:00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposit: <\/strong>Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accidental Damage Deposit: <\/strong>To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of &pound;250 prior to their stay.
