Spend days socialising in the bright kitchen or lavish living room, exploring the grounds and relaxing in the characterful bedrooms. Guests of all holiday homes at the estate have access to excellent facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant serving complimentary breakfast each morning, and a range of family-friendly activities.<\/p>\n<p>The swimming pool is out of use from 18th &#8211; 26th March 2026 due to hosting an exclusive Retreat.<\/p>\n<h3>The space<\/h3>\n<p>Accessed via a sweeping stone staircase and an arched corridor, the apartment exudes grandeur from the moment you step inside.<\/p>\n<p>The vibrant kitchen has been meticulously crafted to offer both functionality and style. Equipped with all modern appliances, including an integrated double oven and dishwasher, you&#039;ll have everything you need to self-cater with ease. Meanwhile, the dining table comfortably seats six.<\/p>\n<p>The living room is a welcoming sanctuary, adorned with historic paintings that add a sense of timeless elegance. The room offers breathtaking views over the estate&rsquo;s rolling parkland, while the fireplace provides a cosy ambience.<\/p>\n<p>The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a stunning four-poster bed and an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful freestanding bath. Additionally, there are two other double bedrooms that can be converted to twin beds, both en-suite, with one featuring a convenient walk-in shower.<\/p>\n<h3>On-site activities and facilities<\/h3>\n<p>The estate offers a fantastic selection of indoor and outdoor experiences to make your stay special.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indoor pool suite<\/li>\n<li>Yoga classes<\/li>\n<li>Walking trails<\/li>\n<li>Bike rides in the Dales<\/li>\n<li>Mountain biking<\/li>\n<li>Forest bathing<\/li>\n<li>Woodland dining<\/li>\n<li>Wild swimming<\/li>\n<li>Woodland sauna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And so much more. For use outside of these hours, an advanced booking is required and the price will increase to &pound;30 per adult and &pound;20 per child.<\/p>\n<h3>Guest access<\/h3>\n<p>Self-check-in.<\/p>\n<h3>Sustainability<\/h3>\n<p>We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.<\/p>\n<h3>Keep in mind<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> from 16:00<br \/>\n<strong>Check-out: <\/strong>by 10:00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposit: <\/strong>Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accidental Damage Deposit: <\/strong>To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of &pound;250 prior to their stay.
