Enjoy socialising in the open-plan living area, relaxing in the wood-fired hot tub and admiring the stunning countryside vistas. Guests of all holiday homes at the estate have access to excellent facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant serving complimentary breakfast each weekday, and a range of family-friendly activities.<\/p>\n<p>The swimming pool is out of use from 18th &#8211; 26th March 2026 due to hosting an exclusive Retreat.<\/p>\n<h3>The space<\/h3>\n<p>The property begins with three stunning bedrooms on the ground floor, each designed with calming colour tones. You&rsquo;ll find two super-king-size bedroom and a single bedroom, each with their own en-suite.<\/p>\n<p>Head up to the first floor, where you&rsquo;ll be greeted by the final super-king-sized bedroom. Meanwhile, the open-plan kitchen\/dining\/living room is the heart of the home as is fully-equipped with everything you will need to wine, dine and socialise together. Gather around the eight-seater dining table for meal teams, before retreating to the comfortable lounge to relax and unwind.<\/p>\n<p>Outside, you will have access to a patio, ample space to sit and dine alfresco, plus a wood-fired hot tub.<\/p>\n<h3>On-site activities and facilities<\/h3>\n<p>The estate offers a fantastic selection of indoor and outdoor experiences to make your stay special.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indoor pool suite<\/li>\n<li>Yoga classes<\/li>\n<li>Walking trails<\/li>\n<li>Bike rides in the Dales<\/li>\n<li>Mountain biking<\/li>\n<li>Forest bathing<\/li>\n<li>Woodland dining<\/li>\n<li>Wild swimming<\/li>\n<li>Woodland sauna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And so much more. For use outside of these hours, an advanced booking is required and the price will increase to &pound;30 per adult and &pound;20 per child.<\/p>\n<h3>Guest access<\/h3>\n<p>Self-check-in.<\/p>\n<h3>Sustainability<\/h3>\n<p>We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.<\/p>\n<h3>Keep in mind<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Check-in: <\/strong>from 16:00<br \/>\n<strong>Check-out:<\/strong> by 10:00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposit: <\/strong>Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accidental Damage Deposit:<\/strong> To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of &pound;250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.<\/p>\n<h3>House rules<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No smoking\/vaping<\/li>\n<li>Please keep noise to a
