It&rsquo;s one of a small collection of luxury holiday cottages and apartments and the attention to detail is incredible. Think state-of-the art kitchens, cosy flame-effect fires and handcrafted Welsh blankets on the beds. This is the kind of place where you will watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, enjoy days walking on the beach or surfing, then spend evenings in sumptuous comfort. You can even book the services of a private chef for the ultimate luxury.<\/p>\n<h3>The space<\/h3>\n<p>This spacious, ground-floor, luxury apartment has a cool and stylish vibe with high quality fixtures and furnishings throughout, while local Welsh art adds a homely touch. There&rsquo;s WiFi too.<\/p>\n<p>There is private access to the apartment and inside you&rsquo;ll find an open-plan living\/dining\/kitchen space with timber flooring that makes it feel warm and inviting. Get comfy on the sofa and watch TV, or simply relax beside the real-flame effect electric feature fireplace.<\/p>\n<p>The high-spec kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to whip up delicious meals, including an electric oven, gas hob, a large freestanding fridge\/freezer, wine cooler, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.<\/p>\n<p>There is also a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.<\/p>\n<p>Three bedrooms include two super-<span><span><span><span><span><span>king-size<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps two and is ideal for children with its own wall-mounted Smart TV. There is also a family bathroom with a built in bath and a separate walk-in shower.<\/p>\n<p>Outside, you can enjoy the sea air and coastal views from your private, enclosed terrace which has a table and chairs, perfect for dining alfresco on sunny days.<\/p>\n<h3>Guest access<\/h3>\n<p>There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.<\/p>\n<h3>Sustainability<\/h3>\n<p>We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.<\/p>\n<p>There is an E-charging point for use free of charge attached to property..<\/p>\n<h3>Keep in mind<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Check-in: <\/strong>from 16:00<br \/>\n<strong>Check-out:<\/strong> by 10:00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposit: <\/strong>Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accidental Damage Deposit:<\/strong> To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of &pound;200 prior to their stay.
