Complete with an open-plan kitchen, perfect for chef-prepared dinner parties, a spacious garden for alfresco dining and an indoor pool for morning swims, you&rsquo;ll never be short of entertainment here. Being only an hour&#039;s drive from the <a href=\"https:\/\/luxurycottages.com\/location\/england\/cotswolds\/\">Cotswolds<\/a>, this beautiful estate offers stunning lakeside and woodland walks for you and your four-legged friends, too.<\/p>\n<h3>The space<\/h3>\n<p>Paving the way with farmhouse flagstone flooring, this striking property begins with a beautiful country-style living room, complete with three leather sofas, a Smart TV and a cosy wood-burning stove.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the bespoke, fully fitted kitchen is a fabulous area to be with friends and family. You will have access to a range cooker, American fridge\/freezer and a wine cooler, along with all the other mod cons you can think of. There is a large oak dining table, perfect for delicious banquets prepared by a professional chef if you don&rsquo;t feel like cooking.<\/p>\n<p>The ground floor is complete with a wet room with rain shower, wash hand basin and WC.<\/p>\n<p>There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, two are en-suite and one is next to a bathroom (wet room). The other three bedrooms are upstairs and comprise one double with an en-suite, one double with zip link beds and an en-suite and the master bedroom which also has an en-suite. We request that you call 15 minutes prior to arrival and you will be met at the gates.<\/p>\n<h3>Sustainability<\/h3>\n<p>We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.<\/p>\n<h3>Keep in mind<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> after 16:00<br \/>\n<strong>Check-out: <\/strong>by 10:00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pool: <\/strong>The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and 1.4m deep and heated to 28 degrees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposit: <\/strong>Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accidental Damage Deposit:<\/strong> To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of &pound;500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.<\/p>\n<h3>House rules<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strictly no smoking on all the premises or grounds<\/li>\n<li>Up to 4 dogs are permitted &#8211; fee displayed in your booking summary<\/li>\n<li>Dogs should never be left unattended and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
